Weather features...

... or how to turn a weather feature into a skateboard feature (not yet at Brandon Kruse's levels, but I'm trying real hard). And yes, this is how february looks in Alabama.

Thanks to Amanda Lucier for the inspiration...

Blowing off

There's nothing special about this one, but I'm posting it just because it took me a lot of dead leaves, dirt and bugs all over my head (and the camera too...)

Cat show

Man, this is the weirdest cat I've ever seen. At the beginning I thought that thing should be in a different kind of show, but then I saw about 30 cats like him... Anyways, this one won in the "Sphynx" category and he's seen below, craddle by his owner and breeder. Actually, this dude ("Skinzin B-B-Bad2DaBone" is his name) is totally camera friendly and we ended up making friends...

Christmas in Barcelona

Ok, I know, this is not photojournalism, but it's my blog and I can do with it whatever I want, can't I? I hadn't seen my family for two years, so I just took pictures of them while I was in Barcelona for 10 days. Here's a few of those shots.

Julia, my sister, and Chesco, my brother in law.

My dad, on the right, and two of his brothers.

My three nephews, from left, Chesco, Daniel and Javi.

Goin' back to Missouri

I still have to post some images from my last weeks in Provo, but right now this one -the only picture i took on my way back to Columbia- is the only thing I have on me. It was in Colorado, while driving through the Copper Mountain Pass in the Rockies. I was in a hurry, so I hadn't planned to stop to take pictures during the trip (so much so that my camera was in the trunk), but it would have been silly to turn down this gift from Mother Nature.
